Admiral Cottage Kitchen and Lounge
A new staircase with oak posts and beams and ash handrails leads to the middle floor which is furnished to a high standard with leather sofas, Habitat Van Gogh dining set, antique pine wash stand, LCD TV with dvd/video. The original wide pine floor boards are sanded and sealed with colourful rugs.
The kitchen is well equipped with Shaker units, a SMEG multifuel cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and sandwich maker. There is a further small freezer in the utility room in addition to the freezer box in the fridge.
In this house you can prepare dinner while watching the sea at the same time!
Also on this level is a new extension which houses a large bathroom with an inset oval bath, trevi power shower, tulip pedestal washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet. A particular feature of this room is the velux skylight and a large circular portal timber window which fills the room with light.
From the lounge, an open tread ash stair case leads to the attic bedroom.
