Birdsong has 4 large bedrooms, family bathroom and a nursery based on the ground floor along with 2 utility rooms. Most of the floors are polished wood but 2 of the bedrooms are carpeted.
The bedrooms are positioned around an open plan lower lounge which lets in lots of light and warmth and naturally draws the eye onto an infinity patio, garden and St Ives Bay beyond. In this space is a snooker/table tennis table.
All the bedrooms have sea views. The 2 master bedrooms being the same orientation as the sun terrace with views across the garden to St Ives Bay, Lelant, Hayle and Godrevy Lighthouse. Each of the master bedrooms has an ensuite with a power shower, pedestal washbasin and toilet. The double beds are reclaimed oak which matches the ensuite doors and each room has deep fitted mirror door wardrobes, chest of drawers, table and LCD TV.
The family bathroom has a large bath with original 1960s dolphin taps, a power shower, inset washbasin and toilet with a range of bespoke units that match the kitchen.
Two further bedrooms each have 2 single beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers and sea views. The nursery is equipped with a cot , comfy chair and a selection of childrens books for bedtime reading (plus a stairgate and high chair if needed).
Also on the ground floor is a large utility room with extra sinks, cupboards, a washing machine, indoor and outdoor drying areas.
Leading off the utility room is a garden store housing garden toys, garden furniture, tools and garden implements and must be approached only by adults and kept locked from children.
