Admiral Cottage Bedrooms
Admiral’s layout is open plan giving the cottage a relaxed feel, and maximises on the quality of light and views.
The stable front door leads onto a hallway with travertine stone floor tiles and white walls. From then on all the floors are polished wood and the two rooms on this floor are both bedrooms.
The bedrooms are separated by bi fold doors, one with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, antique pine dressing table and chest of drawers. While the other bedroom has bunk beds, wardrobe chest of drawers and freestanding easel mirror. There is also a cloakroom under the stairs.
The back stable door leads to a utility room with identical Shaker units to the kitchen, marble floor tiles, washing machine, cube freezer and gas central heating and hot water controls/boiler. There is an outside drying area partly under cover.
A staircase leads up to the lounge and from the lounge, an open tread ash stair case leads to the attic bedroom. where the dormer window provides panoramic views across the harbour, island and St Ives Bay. The room has a double bed, hanging rail, antique pine chest of drawers, directors chair and Sony TV with freeview box.
