We have owned Admiral Cottage since 1980 and as the family grew and grew we acquired Birdsong in 2001. The cottage itself dates from the Victorian era and has been altered over the years to make the most of its position.

Birdsong was built by a local builder for himself and later sold to a Dutch businessman who occasionally used it for family holidays. When purchased it had all the original 1960 detailing , some of which we have preserved. Originally the Treloyhan Estate owned the land in and around Birdsong and plots have been sold off for development over the years.

Both these properties appealed to us because of their breathtaking views and unique locations. We hope you take the opportunity to share those views and locations and understand why we fell in love with the town.
