Birdsong is a large 4 bedroom seaside holiday house located in an elevated position on the edge of the prestigious Treloyhan Park Estate with outstanding panoramic sea views.

The house is set amongst the magnificent Monterey pines and in a large garden. The property boasts a huge balcony with sweeping views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy lighthouse, Hayle beach and beyond.

Birdsong is located in a tranquil and relaxing setting yet within easy reach of the bustle of the town with its shops, restaurants and galleries.

The garden path leads to a gate which opens on to Hain Walk. This has access to both St Ives beaches (Porthmeor, Porthgwidden & Porthminster) and Carbis Bay beaches (Carbis Bay & Porthkidney Sands).

Admiral Cottage is a 3 bedroom holiday seaside cottage with outstanding sea views, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac right in the heart of the town.

Admiral cottage is centrally located between Porthmeor surfing beach, Porthgwidden beach and Porthminster sands. It gives easy access to the towns shops, restaurants, galleries, theatre and cinema.  It is a wonderful location to witness the St Ives Festival held every year in September or even to join the St Ives art school.

Even in the peak summer season this quiet oasis with its little garden provides a place to relax and unwind watching the boats in the harbour land their catch.
